Order & Purchases
Orders placed on Lunara are forwarded to WhatsApp for payment coordination. An order is only confirmed once verification (bank slip upload or COD confirmation) is completed by our admin.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in LKR. We recalculate values on the server side to protect against tampering. Shipping charges are standard at LKR 350.00 unless stated otherwise.
User Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information at checkout. Lunara is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect phone numbers or shipping addresses.
Intellectual Property
All website design, images, text, and logos are properties of Lunara. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
