Returns & Exchanges

Read our policies on sizing exchanges, returns, and handling damaged or defective merchandise.

Standard Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

Exchanges must be requested strictly within 7 days from the date your delivery is successfully completed.

Garment Condition

All returned items must be brand new, unused, unaltered, and with all original Lunara price and brand tags still attached. We cannot accept garments that are soiled, worn, or damaged.

Transit Responsibility

Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they are delivered to our facility. Please ensure items are securely packed and sealed to avoid transit damage or tampering.

Quality Inspection

All returns undergo a thorough inspection at our warehouse. While we strive to process all exchanges, items must meet our strict condition standards to be approved.

Exchange Options

Approved items can be exchanged for a different size or alternative products, subject to stock availability. Sizing exchanges are free of charge.

No Cash Refunds

Please note that we do not issue cash refunds or store credit notes for standard exchange requests.

Price Adjustment

If the requested exchange item is of higher value, you must pay the difference. If the replacement is of lower value, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Special Collections

Size Exchange Only

Dresses featuring "Special Collection" tags are ineligible for style or product-type swaps. They may only be exchanged for a different size of the same design.

Bodysuits

Non-Exchangeable

Under no circumstances can bodysuit items be exchanged due to strict hygiene and sanitary regulations.

Failed Inspections

If a returned item fails our warehouse quality check, it will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for the pickup and return courier fees in this scenario.

Courier Fee Subsidy

Once a return is accepted, Lunara will cover up to Rs. 150 of the return pickup and redelivery shipping cost. Any courier costs exceeding this amount will be charged to the customer.

Timeline

Please allow up to 14 working days for the exchange cycle to complete. This covers transit time, quality inspection, processing, and redelivery.

Sale Items

Final Sale

All items purchased during online sale events or promotions are final and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Defective or Damaged Items

3-Day Defect Window

In the rare event that you receive a defective garment, please report the issue within 3 days of courier delivery. Contact our support via email, phone, or our official social media handles.

Warehouse Assessment

Defective items retrieved by our courier will undergo a warehouse review to confirm that the damage is a manufacturing flaw and that the garment remains unworn and unused.

Secure Packaging

Please ensure defect-related returns are packaged securely to prevent further damage in transit. All original price tags and labeling must remain intact.

Defect Adjustments

You may swap the item for a different size or alternative product. If the replacement is of higher value, you will pay the difference; if it is of lower value, the difference will be fully refunded to you.

Full Refund Choice

Customers can opt to receive a full refund for the value of the defective item if they do not wish to select a replacement product.

Management Discretion

Please note that the Lunara management reserves the exclusive right to decline or reject a refund request if we determine that the reported damage or defect is not genuine. The final decision rests solely at the management's discretion and is non-negotiable.
