How do I place an order?

Add your desired items to the cart, fill out your delivery details, and click "Complete Order via WhatsApp". This will redirect you to WhatsApp with a pre-written order message to connect directly with our coordination team.

What payment methods do you support?

We support two convenient methods: Bank Transfer (subject to slip verification within 24 hours) and Cash on Delivery (COD) (payable to the courier agent upon arrival). Both options are coordinated and confirmed via WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes between 3 to 7 working days. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays, and holiday orders will be processed on the next working day.

What is your return policy?

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached. Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
